Advancing slides

• [_] Follow song and announcement slide changes
  • Put the slides in presentation mode
  • Read along with the lyrics on the screen and change the slide to the appropriate words just before they’re needed
  • You can advance or back on slides with the forward and backwards arrow keys
  • You can also skip to a specific slide by typing in the number for the slide and hitting enter when the slides are in presentation mode
  • Lyrics from unscheduled songs will most likely be in in from “DropboxPowerPointFilesBethel Master Song File”
  • Usually the person giving the sermon will advance the slides with the remote control
  • If you have multiple powerpoints open, you can get back to the presentation mode by choosing the view with “Presenter View” in the title
